  • Restorative Yoga encourages physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Appropriate for all levels, it is practiced at a slow pace with long holds, stillness and deep breathing. Incorporating the use of props, blankets and bolsters the practice focuses on the release of mind-body tension and bringing the nervous system into a state of healing

  • Meditation is a personal practice of exploration and regulation of the internal state. It is open heartedness as intention and it can create a path to mutual tolerance, kindness, empathy and compassion

“Fill your cracks with gold and find magnificence in their existence. Do not try to forget them, but experience your suffering as you experience your life - fully. In doing so, seek purpose and meaning. Find beauty in the emotional spectrum of your life, and then share it with the world in whatever way you can.”
